How Our Process Works
Having a new boiler installed by us couldn’t be easier! We’ll guide you through the process from the survey to choosing the right boiler for your home and budget to the final handover.
Step 1
Heating Survey
We’ll complete an person or video survey of your current central heating system to find the right boiler, air-con or heat pump your home.
Step 2
Pick a Date
Once you are happy with our survey and quote, you can choose a date that suits you for us to complete your installation.
Step 3
Pay Your Deposit
Visit our online payments page or speak with our friendly office team to arrange your boiler deposit payment.
Step 4
Your Installation
Our friendly Gas Safe, OFTEC and F-Gas registered engineers will arrive on your chosen date to complete your installation.
Step 5
Final Payment
Once the installation is complete you can visit our payments page or speak with our team to pay the final balance.

Pick a time that suits you best and our engineers will always stick to our agreed time.
